Flow Battery Separator Slitting and Inspection Line

Equipment Overview:

This production line is used for cutting and inspecting flow battery separators. It consists of a separator feeding and cutting machine, a dual-station airtightness testing machine, a separator sorting and unloading machine, and a constant temperature and humidity system.

• The feeding and cutting machine includes: unwinding correction, separator peeling, protective film recovery, tension control, cutting, and separator material retrieval.

• The airtightness testing machine includes: CCD visual guidance, online airtightness testing, airtight base plate switching device, and coding device.

• The separator sorting machine includes: sorting robot, specialized separator suction cup, separator paper feeding, and sorting material frame.

• Detection efficiency: ≤2 ppm

• Separator cutting accuracy: 0.5 mm

• Unwinding correction accuracy: 1 mm

• Airtightness testing compression force: 25.4 kN

• Pressure plate parallelism: ±0.03 mm

• Airtightness testing accuracy: ±(0.8% Rdg + 0.2% F.S); compatible with flow method and differential pressure method.

• Separator sorting and unloading repeat accuracy: ±0.02 mm
